Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Pada PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia

Abstract

Abstrak: Dalam era globalisasi sekarang ini, teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya.
Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan
manusia, mencapai kemajuan baik disalam pembuatan hardware maupun software. PT. White
Horse Ceramic Indonesia membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem yang menunjang proses
penggajian yang baik bagi para karyawannya. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas
Akhir mengenai perancangan program penggajian karwayan pada PT. White Horse Ceramic
Indonesia. Sistem yang ada pada PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia masih dilakukan secara
manual, mulai dari pencatatan data pegawai dan penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang
berhubungan dengan proses transaksi penggajian hingga pembuatan slip gaji, sehingga
memungkinkan terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan, yang berpengaruh dalam pembuatan
laporan. Perancangan program merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan persoalan
yang ada pada PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia. Dengan perancangan program ini,
diharapkan jalannya kegiatan uasaha menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract: In this era of globalization, the information of technology accelerates so fast.
Meanwhile with the presence of computer which is one of many sophisticated instruments made
by people is really helpful and to ease people’s work due to the emerging of both the hardware
and software. PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia fully needs an information system which
support a fine salary payment process for the employees. And for that the writer try to make the
final task about design of employee salary payment in PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia. At
now, the system which is being applied in PT. White Horse Ceramic Indonesia still done
manually, starting from employees data processing and the others data stores which related to
the salary payment transaction until the making of note of salary process, however, the
mistakes could be happened in registration process, so the making of reports could be affected.
Design of Program is the best solution to solve some problems appeared in PT. White Horse
Ceramic Indonesia. In this design of program, the operational of this business is more effective
and efficient could be in expectation.
