Efektivitas Penerapan Sistem Kehadiran Guru Dengan Menggunakan Fingerprint Terhadap Tingkat Kedisiplinan

Abstrak

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh efektivitas penerapan
sistem fingerprint yang digunakan untuk menyimpan data kehadiran guru di lingkungan SDN 06
Pagi Lenteng Agung terhadap tingkat kedisiplinan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini
adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan metode TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)
yang diterapkan pada 16 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian
ini adalah variabel persepsi kegunaan (X1) diperoleh thitung sebesar 5,100 dengan nilai
signifikasi 0,000, karena nilai signifikasi jauh lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan menerima
H1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel persepsi kegunaan (X1) secara statistik berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap variabel dependen sikap disiplin (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis parsial
(uji F) diperoleh F hitung = 26,006 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000. Karena nilai signifikansi lebih
kecil dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan menerima H1. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel
independen persepsian kegunaan secara statistik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel
dependen (sikap disiplin). diketahui besarnya r2 persepsi kegunaan adalah 6,49% yang
diperoleh dari koefisien korelasi parsial untuk variabel persepsi kegunaan dikuadratkan yaitu
(0,806)2 dari penjelasan tersebut menunjukan bahwa variabel kegunaan mesin fingerprint
memberikan pengaruh terhadap sikap disiplin guru SDN 06 Pagi Lenteng Agung.

Abstract: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of the effective implementation of
the fingerprint system used to store data in the presence of a teacher at SDN 06 Pagi Lenteng
Agung on the level of discipline. The method used in this research is quantitative method with
method approach TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) that is applied to 16 samples. The
instrument used was a questionnaire. The results of this study are variable perception of the
usefulness (X1) obtained thitung of 5.100 with 0.000 significance value, because the value of far
less significance than 0.05 then H0 and accept H1. This shows that the variable perception of
the usefulness (X1) are statistically significant effect on the dependent variable discipline (Y).
Based on the partial results of hypothesis testing (test F) obtained Fhitung = 26.006 with a
significance value of 0.000. Because the significance value less than 0.05 then H0 and accept
H1. This shows that the perceived usefulness of the independent variables are statistically
significant effect on the dependent variable (discipline). unknown magnitude r2
perception of usefulness is 6.49% which is obtained from the partial correlation coefficients for the variables
perception of usefulness squared namely (0,806)2 of these explanations indicate that the
variable uses fingerprint machine to give effect to discipline teachers at SDN 06 Pagi Lenteng
Agung.
