Analisis Simulasi Antrian Pelayanan Pembayaran Pajak Menggunakan Arena Pada Kantor Samsat Outlet Technomart Karawang

Abstrak

Abstract: Queuing is the simulation where a group of people in need of service will have to wait in a sequence of lines before they finally get service. This is because when the ability to provide a smaller service when compared with the need for a service. The problem faced by SAMSAT Office Tehcnomart Outlet Karawang is the high arrival rate, especially in 09:00-14:00 hours. The purpose of this research is to analyses queues and determine the number of optimal vehicle tax payment servers. Data collection is done by observing and recording queues that occur in SAMSAT Office Technomart Outlet Karawang. The current queue conditions are associated with (M/M/C). With the discipline of First In First Out queue. Based on the result of the calculation that have been done, it can be known that the performance of the queue system on SAMSAT Office Technomart Outlet Karawang currently is using the vehicle tax payment 1 payment server with an average waiting time in the queue for  2 minutes. As for the purposed repair of the queue system by using 2 servers payment vehicle tax average waiting time in the queue decreased to 0,0924 minutes. From the analysis results showed that SAMSAT Office Technomart Outlet Karawang better use 2 servers payment.
