Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penggajian Karyawan Berbasis Desktop pada PT. Pandawa Ekadharma Ekspress

Abstrak

Payroll is one of the important activities in a company, to facilitate and produce accurate data, we need a system that can help the implementation process. PT. Pandawa Ekadharma Ekspres has not fully utilized the existence of information technology in assisting employee payroll activities. The use of manual systems in company activities can hinder the flow of data processing for various required information. The purpose of this research is to produce a desktop-based system using the open source Netbeans IDE 8.1 with the Java programming language that can be utilized by PT. Pandavas Ekadharma Express. In its design activities, this payroll information system uses the Waterfall method and uses UML (Unifield Modeling Language), LRS (Logical Record Structured) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) diagrams in the design analysis process. The results obtained from writing this thesis is a desktop-based system with the capabilities possessed in recording, managing and generating data in the form of information which is expected to be able to assist the decision-making process and resolve various problems and obstacles faced by PT. Pandawa Ekadharma Ekspress in their payroll activities.
