Sistem Skala Kegunaan Untuk Meningkatkan Fitur User Pada Website Ryzenrekber Dengan Evaluasi Kemudahan Pengguna

Abstrak

The Ryzenrekber website is a platform used to support the buying and selling of online gaming accounts, including PUBG Mobile. The success of this website heavily relies on its usability and user satisfaction. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Ryzenrekber website to enhance user experience through the development of more optimized features. The research adopts the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, a standardized instrument for measuring usability based on user perceptions. It highlights the importance of usability in ensuring the success of online transactions on platforms like Ryzenrekber. The study identifies several issues, such as suboptimal features that could lead to unsatisfactory user experiences, including complex navigation, slow access speeds, and ineffective search functionality. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to active website users in the Ryzenrekber Telegram group, with 151 respondents participating. Respondents were asked to evaluate 10 statements using a 1-5 Likert scale. The responses were then analyzed and calculated to produce a usability score. The analysis revealed that the Ryzenrekber website scored an average SUS of 69, which is below the standard usability threshold of 70. The study concludes that the usability evaluation using the SUS method is effective in identifying the shortcomings of the Ryzenrekber website. Improvements based on the findings of this study are expected to enhance user satisfaction and the success of transactions on the platform.
