Management of office equipment inventory system at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi still uses manual system with Microsoft Excel. Therefore, it is necessary to improve inventory management by building a web-based inventory information system. So the purpose of this study is to create a web-based inventory information system that can help SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi in optimizing recording and monitoring of office equipment. To create this application, the author applies the Waterfall method, which is carried out systematically and sequentially. The stages of this method start from the needs analysis obtained through interviews with the school, direct observation at the school and related literature studies. Furthermore, system design is carried out, which includes user interface and database design. After the system design is complete, implementation is carried out by building a web-based system according to the design that has been made. The next stage is system testing to ensure that all features are functioning properly. The last stage of maintenance, which includes repair and development of the system according to school needs. The final result of this study is expected to be a web-based Inventory Information System software that can help schools in managing the recording of incoming goods, outgoing goods, borrowing, and returning goods digitally. In addition, this system also helps in compiling real-time stock reports. With this application, inventory management at SMK Negeri 1 Banyuwangi becomes more structured. The application of the Waterfall method in this system has been carried out sequentially with evidence of implementation and trials that have been successfully implemented.
