Abstrak

This study aims to design and implement a web-based transaction information system at Bersinar Laundry, a laundry service business located in Karawang. The main problem faced is that customer and transaction data are still recorded manually, leading to various issues such as data entry errors, difficulties in data retrieval, and delays in generating reports. To address these challenges, the Prototyping software development method was applied, which is iterative and involves users directly in the system design process. The stages carried out include data collection through observation and interviews, interface design, prototype development, and testing using the black box method. The implementation results show that the developed system improves the efficiency of transaction recording, facilitates customer data management, and automatically generates accurate financial reports. The role-based access feature is also successfully applied, where administrators manage operational data and owners can monitor business reports. With this system, Bersinar Laundry is able to carry out a digital transformation that supports more professional and efficient service delivery.
