Abstrak

The guidance and supervision of student’s daily activities are essential processes within the pesantren environment, as they are closely related to discipline and character development. However, many pesantren still carry out these processes manually through activity logbooks or verbal reporting. This often leads to issues such as delayed reporting and inaccurate data. Therefore, a system was developed using the prototyping method, which utilizes preliminary representations of the system being designed, allowing developers to evaluate and refine the system before it is implemented. This method includes needs analysis, interface design, and design evaluation through user feasibility testing to produce a model that fits the users' requirements. Thus, this application can serve as an initial step in the digitalization of the student guidance system within the pesantren environment.
