Perancangan Sistem Penjualan Koperasi Sekolah Dengan Menerapkan QR Code Di SMK Nuhuudliyyah

Abstrak

The management of sales transactions at the school cooperative in SMK Nuhuudliyyah is still carried out manually, making the process of recording transactions, managing item data, and preparing sales reports less effective and potentially prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to implement a school cooperative sales system by utilizing QR Code technology, which can assist in the transaction process and computerized sales data management. The method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which has structured stages including requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The research stages start from requirement analysis through observation and interviews, followed by system design using UML, web-based system implementation, and testing using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all functions run properly. The result of this research is a school cooperative sales system that utilizes QR Code technology in the transaction process, enabling assistance in transaction processes and computerized sales data management. With this system, it is expected that the management of transactions in the school cooperative can be carried out by applying QR Codes during the process of automatically retrieving product data.
