Abstrak

The advancement of technology encourages schools to adopt digitalization to improve the effectiveness and organization of administrative processes, including the management of leave permits for teachers and educational staff (GTK). At SMAN Srono, the leave management process is still carried out manually, which often leads to issues such as delays in information delivery, risk of data loss, and difficulties in retrieving records. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to manage data in an integrated and real-time manner. This study aims to develop a web-based GTK leave management information system using the Scrumban method, which combines Scrum and Kanban to support flexible and iterative system development. The system is built using PHP and MySQL to facilitate the processes of submission, approval, and automatic report generation. To ensure the system functions according to requirements, testing is conducted using the Black-Box Testing method. With the implementation of this system, it is expected that the leave administration process will become faster, more accurate, and well-structured, while also supporting the digitalization of school administration more effectively.
