Abstrak

This research aims to examine the role of organizational culture in improving employee performance at the Micro Capital Service Unit (ULaMM) PNM Binjai North Sumatra. The focus of this research is how elements of organizational culture, such as core values, norms, and work practices, influence productivity, motivation, and collaboration between employees. Qualitative methods were used to explore information in depth using purposive sampling techniques involving unit heads and permanent staff of ULaMM PNM Binjai as respondents. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and direct observation of the work environment. The research results show that an organizational culture that supports open communication, respects individual contributions and professional development has a positive influence on employee performance. These findings strengthen the view that organizational culture plays an important role in encouraging work efficiency and employee satisfaction, which ultimately improves the quality of micro capital services. The implication of this research is the importance of strategic management of organizational culture to achieve better operational sustainability.
