Audit Sistem Informasi Absensi Dan Penggajian Pada PT. Ztech Indonesia

Abstrak

Abstrak: Perkembangan  sistem  informasi  sampai  saat  ini  telah  mendukung  proses bisnis  diberbagai  perusahaan,  seperti  penggunaan  sistem  informasi  absensi  pada PT.Ztech  Indonesia.  Untuk  itu  diperlukan  suatu  evaluasi  atas  penggunaan  sistem informasi absensi yang dimiliki PT.Ztech Indonesia untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi  yang  dimiliki  telah  memberi  kemudahan  bagi  perusahaan.  Selama  ini implementasi  sistem  telah  berjalan  untuk  mendukung  prosedur  kegiatan  absensi. Diharapkan dengan dilakukannya audit sistem informasi ini, agar sistem absensi yang ada  pada  PT.  Ztech  Indonesia  akan  menjadi  lebih  baik.  Data  didapat  dari  hasil kuesioner wawancara dan observasi secara langsung dengan pihak perusahaan, untuk mengetahui  kelemahan/resiko  potensial  pada  sistem  berjalan.  Setelah  itu  dibuat rekomendasi atas kelemahan  tersebut. Setelah melakukan audit pada sistem berjalan diharapkan bisa menjadi masukan bagi perusahaan, dan sistem absensi di PT. Ztech Indonesia berjalan lebih baik lagi.

Abstract: The development of information systems to date has supported business processes in various companies, such as the use of attendance information systems in PT.Ztech Indonesia. For that we need an evaluation of the use of attendance information system owned by PT.Ztech Indonesia to ensure that the information system owned has provided convenience for the company. During this system implementation has been running to support the procedures of attendance activities. It is expected that with the audit of this information system, for the attendance system that existed at PT. Ztech Indonesia will be better. Data obtained from interview questionnaires and observations directly with the company, to determine the weakness / potential risk on the system running. After that made a recommendation on the weakness. After doing an audit on the system running is expected to be input for the company, and attendance system in PT. Ztech Indonesia goes even better.
