Dampak Good Corporate Governance dan Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan

Abstrak

Abstract: This study aims to examine the factors that have an impact on firm value, namely GCG as proxied by the Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee, and profitability. The population in this study are government-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2020. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Board of Commissioners had a positive effect on firm value, while the Audit Committee and Profitability had no effect on firm value.
